J3 Services was founded in 2024 by husband-and-wife team Jack and Kelsey Dossey, right here in Wanamaker, Indiana. What started as a goal to build something of their own has grown into a local business built around hard work, reliability, and pride in every property we serve.

Jack is a third-generation racecar driver, competing in dirt late model racing across the region. Racing has taught him the importance of discipline, attention to detail, and putting in the work — the same mindset he brings to every J3 job. He takes pride in being hands-on and doing things the right way.

Kelsey is a lifelong Franklin Township resident and local Realtor, giving her a strong connection to the community they call home. She handles much of the behind-the-scenes side of J3, from customer relationships and scheduling to marketing and keeping everything running smoothly.

And, of course, our two Australian Shepherds are a big part of the family and our unofficial J3 crew!

For us, J3 Services is about more than maintaining properties. It’s about building relationships, supporting our community, and creating a business our family can be proud of.
